I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge 100% of the service fee for no shows, being more then 30 minutes late will result in being charged the no show fee and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. All fees will need to be paid before a new appointment can be made. I don’t do refunds, but will fix major lash loss within 72 hours for free
